what are your hours?
Ice Clouds operates in two ways:
Ashwaubenon Location- Our storefront is open Monday through Saturday from 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM (closed on Sunday) during the summer season. However, those hours may vary based on staffing or weather. Ashwaubenon location is typically fully open for the season starting in early June when school is out and runs through Labor Day.
Mobile/Event Service- We also operate as a mobile shaved ice business for festivals, community events, school functions, and private bookings. These hours and locations vary based on the event schedule.

Are any of your flavors natural?
At this time, all of Ice Clouds regular 31 flavors use artificial flavoring in a cane sugar base.
We do not currently offer natural flavoring options.
We offer two sugar-free options:
Blue Raspberry
Cherry
In addition, our only dye-free clear flavors are:
Lemonade
Coconut

Yes - Ice Clouds has a set menu with standard pricing. Prices may vary slightly for special events or catering depending on serving size and location. Please refer to our Menu page for current pricing.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and credit/debit cards.
do your prices include tax?
No. Prices listed do not include sales tax, which will be added at checkout.
is there a credit card fee?
Yes. A small processing fee is applied to all card transactions.
how do i book for an event?
You can request Ice Clouds for your event by visiting our Events/Book Us page and submitting an inquiry form. We will confirm availability and details by email.
how far in advance should i book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak summer dates, as those fill quickly.
Do you travel outside your area?
Yes, depending on the event size and location. Additional travel fees may apply for certain bookings outside our standard service area.
Do you cancel for weather?
For safety reasons, we may delay or cancel service during severe weather (heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe conditions). We will communicate any changes directly with you if you have a booking.
how do i apply for a job?
We hire seasonal staff ages 16+ for summer positions. Applications can be submitted through our Employment page or by emailing your completed application to the provided email address.
