What are your hours?
Ice Clouds operates in two ways:
Ashwaubenon Location (2271 True Lane)
Our storefront is open Monday through Saturday from 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM (closed on Sunday) during the summer season. However, those hours may vary based on staffing or weather conditions. Our season typically re-opens the first week into June (once school is out) and runs through the end of August.
Mobile unit
We also operate as a mobile food truck to attend festivals, community events, school functions, and private bookings throughout the northeast wisconsin area. These hours and locations vary based on each booking.

Are any of your flavors gluten-free?
Most of our shaved ice flavors are gluten-free. However, a few flavors may contain gluten or be manufactured with gluten-containing ingredients. Please refer to the “Nutrition” page/link below, for a full list of our 31 flavors and their specific ingredients.
Do your products contain common allergens?
Some flavors or toppings may contain allergens such as milk, soy, wheat, or tree nuts. Because all of our products are prepared in a shared serving environment, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from cross-contact.

Are your syrups sugar-free?
All of our flavors are made with natural and artificial flavoring, however, Ice Clouds does provide two Sugar Free flavor options made with Aspartame.

Do you have dye-free flavors?
At this time, the majority of our flavors contain artificial food coloring. if you’re looking for a dye-free option, we currently offer:

yes! we accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash.
